The "Old Watkins House"
The Old
Watkins House was moved from the Pocket, which was once a thriving
village with many families. There are no longer any homes there. This
was the last one. Linda Turner and her husband had it moved and placed
beside their barn. Many of the original furnishings are still in it
plus many more from that period. It is like stepping back into time! A
place where you could spend the afternoon.
The
house has a Georgian Roof and the original unpainted beaded ceiling and
walls which were used in the early 1900's.
Tour the Old Watkins House filled with
relics that Linda and Robert have gathered and saved and swim in the pool in summer months. Call Linda
Turner today and make your
